The staff picked me up from the train station. It was convenient.
the room lacked amenities. i had to request a kettle and iron from the reception. breakfast had a limited selection with the same scrambled eggs and bacon daily. it was a bit of a walk to the downtown area, inconvenient with ski gear.

superb mountain stay
helpful staff perfect location excellent meal f l a t p i l l o w
the helpful staff was fantastic. the location was also perfect. a great restaurant provided excellent meals at the hotel. our balcony offered very nice views of the matterhorn.
the flat pillows gave me a neck ache. fluffier towels would greatly enhance comfort. a kettle with tea bags in the room would be welcome during winter months.

staff members showed great kindness and knowledge, they assisted me with directions and village maps around the area. they gladly completed the check-in process early. a free pick-up from the train station made arrival smooth.

breakfast included local breads and cheeses, a nice treat from american breakfasts. common items such as eggs, bacon, fruit, and cereal were also available. the style of the food presentation was notable.

Really good Stay with Matterhorn Views
friendly staff matterhorn view heated towel racks
I appreciated the friendly and well trained staff upon arrival. My room's balcony offered a great Matterhorn view on the third floor. Everything was within walking distance. The bathroom was newly renovated and included heated towel racks along with a large vanity.
